VERY LOW QUALITY
the product is sold for a 45 or 70 watt , but the drivers output is at his maximum 20% less
The drivers used are 1,8$ drivers mounted in a 100$ product , ( low quality , low powwr factor)
IN , simply words they are just scamers , and behind this undenieble facts , they say if the light turn on - it means is ok
If you dont want to lose money , stay away from them
this is my personal experience losing 2500$ from their scam
